Anders Fernlund

Anders is a partner of ASTRA Law in Stockholm, Sweden, where he heads the Franchising and Distribution Law department. He has represented domestic and international franchise systems present in Sweden for the last 40 years. He holds a Ph.D. in private law, with a dissertation comparing franchise laws in 36 countries around the world. He also holds an M.B.A. in the field of accounting and auditing. In addition to his legal practice, Anders is a visiting researcher and senior lecturer at Stockholm University.

Anders is the Honorary President of the EuroFranchise Lawyers, an Honorary member and General Counsel to the Swedish Franchise Association (SFA) and vice chair of its Ethical Board. He is also a former chair of the SFA and a former senior vice-chair of the International Franchising Committee of the IBA. He is the Swedish member of the Legal Committee of the European Franchise Federation.

Anders has written many books and articles on Swedish and European franchising and chapters on Sweden in many international publications such as the International Franchise Sales Laws and Fundamentals of Franchising Europe. He has been recognised in the International Who’s Who of Franchise Lawyers for many years.

Anders Thylin

Anders works with Swedish and international business law, with a focus on franchising, agency law and other distribution legal issues. In his work, he acts as a representative in public courts, arbitration and extrajudicial negotiations. In addition to being a legal representative, he writes contracts, provides advice on corporate law matters and assists in transfers. Conny Cedermark

Stephan Eriksson

Stephan studied aviation law at the Institute of Air and Space Law (IASL) at McGill University in Montréal, Canada. IASL's aviation law training ranks as one of the best in the world. Who's Who Legal has named Stephan one of the best aviation lawyers in the world.

Stephan has extensive experience of representing airlines and helicopter operators, flight brokers and tour operators. He also works with aviation accidents and product liability in aviation.
